This function manages, via PRINCE2 project management methodology, the delivery of projects managed by SLTS. All projects are initiated through a Request for Change (RFC) being submitted to the Service Desk, at which point it is assigned to a designated project manager.

Project Level Activity Network: Outlines the latest migration schedule for primary and special schools (as of 20th December 2005). The migration activities still to be undertaken in schools* by SLTS are highlighted in BLUE (those highlighted in GREY are other activities within Stage 2 of the project, i.e ‘implementation’) If your school has not yet been completed, find it in the list (highlighted in BLUE) and read off the ‘Start Date’ alongside those activities. * those schools that could not accommodate SLTS to undertake activities in line with the original dates provided will be re-scheduled as soon as possible. |
