Mumbles
Head is an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are excellent
views across Swansea Bay and on clear days the North Devon coast
can be seen. During the heyday of the Mumbles Train, local people
and tourists would visit this area to enjoy the scenery and stroll
along the pier.

This
short film clip shows the Mumbles Train leaving the Mumbles Pier
Terminus on its return journey to the Rutland Street Terminus.
The queue barriers can be clearly seen in the film. |
