The
art work undertaken this term with the exception of work on the Abbey
has been related to our theme of 'Fit for Life'. The class at Neath Abbey
Infants consists of twenty four children, and is a split age range class
with thirteen year one children and eleven year two children.
There is
a wide range of ability in the class and all the children took part in
each activity. The work produced illustrates how they have become more
confident in their drawings and paintings. The modelling task was very
successful and the children are looking forward to taking their models
home.
We hope
to continue the theme next term and design and make some sculptures based
on 'The Body'.
