Welcome to the Animation area of the Learn-ICT website. Here you will find information about the animation process and examples of animations created by schools in Swansea. If you have created any animations and would like to display them on these pages, send them to Jan Mills at EES in Bryntawe School.

News! Most of the animation examples on this site are in Flash format and therefore cannot be used on tablets that do not support Flash (e.g. Apple iPads). Over the coming weeks, we are endeavouring to convert the animations into a format that can be viewed on all platforms. The first test of this should be seen in thr animated header at the top of this page. If you can see that, then you know that things are progressing!

Zu3D has been tested by the Swansea Learning Technology Support team and has now been included in the Definitive Software Library. More information can be found on the Zu3D website where you can also download the latest version and an Audio Library of sound effects.

Read a review of ZU3D Studio 3 from the PC Pro Magazine website.

Update! To help you to become familiar with ZU3D, the company has produced a video tutorial which will take you through all of the key aspects of creating a stop motion animation. Access the tutorial here.
